Septic System Maintenance Agreements

What you need to know

Washington state law mandates that all owners of aerobic septic systems maintain a valid maintenance contract in force at all times. Each maintenance contract must be provided by a maintenance company holding a Class II OSSF or Class D license.

How we can help

We are committed to providing the very best maintenance service available in Kitsap County. Each time we inspect and/or service your aerobic system we attach a door hanger to the front door of your home showing that we have inspected or serviced your system. This door hanger also provides a link to our website where you can review the inspection report.   Have more questions?  Contact us today.

County Notice?

If you have received a letter from your County warning that they do not have a current aerobic system contract on file, contact us immediately as we can often help you avoid unnecessary daily penalties by placing you under immediate contract.
